Testimonials

Here are a small selection of the things people have said about climbing Kilimanjaro for charity in aid of The Nasio Trust…

Toughest thing I have ever done physically/mentally but hugely rewarding. The visit to the project in Western Kenya was an added bonus. The difference the money makes is huge, as there are no other aid agencies working there at all. We bought Mosquito nets, mattresses for all the orphans at the school, the kitchen funding is in place and they have even made a start on building a medical clinic for the end of 2014/15. It’s great to see funds making such a direct impact with no admin/corruption costs.

Peter Oliver – Director Green 4 Solutions

After visiting the day care centre in western Kenya and seeing the amazing work that is being done by the charity I would do it all again in an instant.

James Wilson

It’s an experience and achievement I’ll never forget and every minute of that final ascent was worth enduring for the Nasio kids.

Tessa Bartley

Thank you so much I will never forget my Time in Tanzania and Kenya

Henry, Aged 16

An amazing experience… Life changing.

Jack, Aged 15

Thank you all so much for the support you gave me prior to the climb. It was the toughest physical and mental challenge I have ever experienced so far in my life. All well worth it. The great news is I got to the top! How only God knows. I would like to thank all those who have sponsored me – so far I have raised nearly £2600 for the Nasio Trust.

Nancy Hunt, Nasio Director

Fantastic team and charity – really felt like we were all one big family.

Thank you so much for the hospitality and unforgettable experience

Ben, Aged 17

Everything was very well planned and I felt from sign up through to completion we were fully supported by Nasio Trust. We were very lucky to have had such a great group to climb with but I also think the size of our group worked really well and I am glad that we were not too big that we broke away into smaller groups.
