Climb Kilimanjaro Registration Form (Step 1 of 4)

In order to complete this form you will need the following information:

  • Your agreed climb date and route
  • Your passport information
  • Details of your emergency contact
  • Your Doctor's details including surgery address

Please note – this registration form can only be used by participants 18 years and above, if you are under 18, please contact us for details on how to register.

Passport Information

To travel you must have a valid 10 year passport that runs for at least 6 months after your return to the UK. If it doesn’t you will need to apply for a new passport as soon as possible. Please forward details to The Nasio Trust as you receive these.
